    Terms of Service

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at ranknetworks.com and the application at app.ranknetworks.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Shout Loud Digital LLC doing business as Rank Networks ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

    1. The Service

    Rank Networks is a software platform operated by Shout Loud Digital LLC that helps businesses build local-SEO link signals - hyper-local citations, city blog posts, and niche blog posts - across a network of editorial and directory sites. Content is generated using artificial intelligence and placed on sites we operate or partner with, based on inputs you provide.

    2. Eligibility

    • You must be at least 18 years old.
    • You must have authority to enter into a binding contract for yourself or the business you represent.
    • You must use the Service only for lawful purposes.

    3. Your account

    • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including invitations or actions taken by team members.
    • Keep your credentials confidential. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
    • One person or business per account. Don't share logins across organizations.
    • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for a long period, or are used to abuse the Service.

    4. Credits and billing

    • The Service runs on a credit system. Each link the Service builds consumes one or more credits, depending on the type.
    • Credits are purchased through our payment processor and are added to your account balance upon successful payment.
    • Credits do not expire as long as your account is active.
    • Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
    • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • If you enable auto top-up, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method when your balance falls below your chosen threshold. You can disable auto top-up at any time on the Credits page.
    • You agree to keep your payment method valid. If a charge fails repeatedly we may pause auto top-up and notify you.
    • Prices are listed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

    5. Your content and inputs

    When you submit business information, target keywords, domains, or any other inputs to the Service, you confirm that:

    • You own the inputs or have permission to use them.
    • The information is accurate and not misleading.
    • Using the information through the Service won't violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.

    You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your inputs solely to operate the Service for you (for example, generating and publishing campaign content on your behalf). We don't use your inputs to train AI models that serve other customers.

    6. AI-generated content

    • Blog posts, citations, and other text the Service produces are generated by AI tools based on your inputs.
    • AI output is not guaranteed to be factually accurate. Review content before relying on it for legal, medical, financial, or other regulated claims.
    • The Service may produce similar output for different users if the inputs are similar - you receive a non-exclusive right to use the output we generate for your campaigns.

    7. Acceptable use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service to promote illegal goods or services, hate speech, harassment, malware, phishing, or content that violates third-party rights.
    • Attempt to access another customer's account, our infrastructure, or the network sites we operate.
    • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its network in bulk.
    • Use the Service to violate any sitemap, search-engine, or platform guideline that applies to your business - you are responsible for whether your link-building activity aligns with your jurisdiction's rules and the policies of the platforms you target.
    • Resell the Service or white-label its output without our prior written agreement.
    • Interfere with the operation of the Service or other customers' use of it.

    8. Results

    Search-engine rankings, traffic, and conversion outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, the competitive landscape, your website, and your own marketing activity. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, or revenue result.Case studies and statistics on our marketing site are illustrative and not promises of future performance.

    9. Service availability and changes

    • We work hard to keep the Service up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages of third-party providers, and bugs happen.
    • We may change, add, or remove features at any time. Material removals affecting paid functionality will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
    • We may change pricing for future purchases. Changes don't affect credits you already bought.

    10. Intellectual property

    • The Service, including the platform, software, network sites, templates, and brand, is owned by Shout Loud Digital LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws.
    • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active.
    • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service, except as expressly allowed.

    11. Disclaimers

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY SPECIFIC SEARCH-ENGINE RANKING, INDEXATION, OR TRAFFIC RESULT.

    12. Limitation of liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOUT LOUD DIGITAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

    OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SHOUT LOUD DIGITAL LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

    13. Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shout Loud Digital LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) the content or inputs you submit to the Service, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

    14. Termination

    • You may close your account at any time by contacting support@ranknetworks.com.
    • We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or expose us to legal risk.
    • On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (billing, IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, dispute resolution) will survive.

    15. Governing law and disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Shout Loud Digital LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@ranknetworks.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be brought in the courts having jurisdiction over Shout Loud Digital LLC. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

    16. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll notify you inside the Service or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
